On Monday March 26th 2012, The city of Philadelphia issued a warning to the members of the NU-Liberty Ministries encampment, at 4301 N. Delaware Avenue, that Thursday March 29th, 2012 they have to leave the area.

The flyleaf given to members of the encampment Tuesday morning say that The Streets Department may confiscate their property if it is on public property.

The arrestees from the sit-it on Thursday evening March 22, 2012 were released relatively early by most standards considering the number of people who get arrested in one evening in this city.

They were release from the P.A.B. otherwise known as the Round House at 9:40 am on Friday March 23, 2012 to a crowd of fourteen supporters, three civil affairs officers and one proud husband who missed his wife.
